Here’s a quick snapshot of the single-family market across Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and Richmond City. Data reflects year-over-year activity from March 2025 to March 2026.

Buyers are stepping in with more confidence, and well-prepared homes are continuing to move. Prices are trending upward year over year while inventory remains relatively tight, helping support home values and maintain favorable conditions for sellers.

Homes are taking slightly longer to sell, which reflects a more balanced and thoughtful pace rather than a slowdown. Overall, it’s a healthy, active market with meaningful opportunity on both sides.
